14 Jan Structura Enters a New Era

2026 has arrived with some very exciting changes for Structura. Following a lengthy period of planning and consultation about the next chapter of the business, we’re delighted to announce that Structura UK Ltd is now proudly employee owned.

From starting out in our founder’s living room, we could never have imagined that we would grow to become a 90+ strong team working from a custom-built London facility, delivering some of the country’s highest profile commercial retrofit projects – the National Gallery, the RA, BT Tower and Heathrow Airport to name but a few.

It’s not only the project work we’re proud of, however. We’ve worked hard to build our reputation and continually place ourselves at the leading edge of industry standards.

Between our triple-ISO accreditation, achieving Certified Carbon Neutral status, and operating as a London Living Wage Employer, we have understood the value in thinking beyond our bottom line, investing in our people and striving for a more future-fit supply chain.

Our Managing Director, Daniel Rickman, shares, “This is an important and proud moment for everyone at Structura.
