As a specialist in retrofit and remedial works and in line with the latest legislation, we undertake both DPA and DLP repairs in existing properties. To rectify defects, it takes the skill and experience of working without ‘As built’ information and drawings. Where there is no blueprint, we create one.


We can work on behalf of the building owner or any contractor with determined DPA responsibilities, providing a warranted service solution to rectify a roof and façade including rainscreen cladding, fire break rectification, insulated Sto render, coping and metal pressing alterations, curtain wall spandrel remedial works and most flat roofing systems.


Due to the nature of our works, we are experienced in delivering projects in occupied premises and in proximity to the public. We’ve undertaken works exclusively in out-of-hours and engineering hours, providing a dedicated site contact for occupant liaison where required.
