30 Jun Continuing Our Employee Ownership Journey

Following a phased six-month handover as part of our transition to an Employee Ownership Trust, the time has come to recognise and thank Manny Patel for his outstanding contribution to Structura and wish him every success for the future, as he officially transitions to become an external consultant to our business.

Manny was a founding director of Structura, and whether hand-delivering technical drawings to clients, driving up and down the country to win new projects or building trusted supplier networks throughout the industry, he has been a cornerstone of the business we are today.

He will continue in his capacity as independent consultant with us, and we wish him every success in his well-deserved next chapter as we take the business forward.
