Fabricator – Kingston upon Thames, Greater London – Full Time 40hrs per week
Main Purpose of Job:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled fabricator to join our Chessington manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have Fabrication or Joinery experience in aluminium or timber and working with factory machinery. The role involves manufacturing, assembling, and finishing high-quality window and door products while maintaining excellent standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Fabrication/assembly of windows, doors and stick framing
- Reading technical 2d drawings
- Operating specialised machinery and cutting
- Assembling framing, fitting hardware
- Performing quality checks to meet standards
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Experience with use of double-mitre saws, CNC’s, punches etc

JUNIOR DESIGNER, LONDON
Main Purpose of Job:
Assisting the design team with preparation of contract drawings to project specification for client approval, workshop detailing and construction phase documents. Specification review and issuing RFI’s and TQs, and follow through on sample submissions for approval.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare contract drawings to project specification for client approval
- Revision of contract drawings as required, tracking project change and variations
- Issue RFIs, Technical Submissions and Sample submissions to client
- Delivery of Works package to design programme as instructed by the Design Manager
- Represent the company at site design meetings and in project communications
- Accurately interpret data from site surveys
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Essential
- Proficiency with design programmes as determined by Dept Director
- Working knowledge of Building regulations, standards and advisory documents
- Proficiency with MS Office suite
- Architecture degree (part 1) or Level 5 Diploma in Façade Design & Engineering (IAST)
Desirable
- Several months experience within the construction industry, particularly within a façade specialist contractor

PROJECT MANAGER, KINGSTON UPON THAMES, GREATER LONDON
Main Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of project requirements, specifications and interfaces to coordinate design process, procurement and site installation.
- Responsibility for H&S standard management, project documentation and site audits.
- Monitor Project change including accurate reporting to client.
- Produce and monitor cost reports and submit application for payment to client.
- Liaise with Site management, monitor progress and assist in resolving installation issues.
- Produce site programmes and progress reports to client.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Experience of construction industry, window and curtain wall systems
- Working knowledge of regulations, standards and industry guidance
- Strong IT competencies, particularly in MS Office 365 including Word & Excel
- An eye for detail and patience for problem solving.
- Collaborative approach to project delivery with strong client facing skills.
- Highly organised with strong record keeping abilities.
