Included in the scope of works was the installation of an external Solar Reflective film and the replacement of failed and broken insulating glass units.

Structura UK Limited replaced approximately 2,000m2 of glazing to the external facade and in addition to this replaced the entire rooflight over the restaurant.
The existing facade was reglazed using bespoke aluminium extrusions to match the existing, with new solar control double and single glass units.
The new roof was constructed from the Hueck KF60 Series 1.0 system, specifically tested for this project, incorporating solar control double glazed units.

This project involved the complete replacement of 2,200 sq. metres of glass to existing glazed roof structures in an occupied shopping centre. The project involved the design of new pressed metalwork perimeter to replace existing leadwork and the repair of existing smoke and natural air ventilators.
