the lifetime of the structure.

occupancy, Planned Maintenance and early repairs can result in
the reduction of further damage and inconvenience caused by inoperative
moving parts and weathering failures.
Planned Maintenance Programme's are tailored to individual projects
to ensure that each site receives the correct level of maintenance
depending on the building usage and occupancy level.
